We all have superpowers? (not the one's in the comic books)

OK, as it figures, so - called "normal" people use 10% of their brains, but geniuses use 15% of their brain. But now it seems, that are we really that dum? Or, what is the other 85% ment for then? I have thoguth about it a lot, and have realized something not too long time ago.
Okay, let's say, that there is a part of the brain, that everyone has. And we all are able to LISTEN that part of the brain. That brain part, will emit somekind of WAVES, that we are all able to listen/accept. That wave, SCREAMS the persons mood, or actions, because he/she dosen't know, for how to silent's thouse waves ( Like we all do huh?). And that's why people, say that i can predict your every move.
When we have a "lucky" day, then I have theory, that we have have stumbeld on this part of the brain, but we are too inexperienced to control that part, so we forget how to use it,like this : when we do something really hard, and we really can't do that thing, no matter how hard we try to do it, then there is usually three options, that we use :
1) we keep on trying ( we usually go from there to the next 2), until we do it
2) We ask somebody for help at it
3) We give up.
Since there is no one, hwo can CONTROL that side of that brain, then we give up on using that brain part. Many will now say this : dude, your freakin crazy, I don't even THINK of possibilities of THAT kind of a sitsuation. You migth be rigth, and you migth be wrong, all I did is point out a possibility.
